Eagles Express – 17th November

The Mainland Eagles Academy was established in 2014 by the Canterbury Regional Basketball Foundation (partner organisation of the Canterbury Rams) to support male and female players throughout the South Island to pursue their dream of pursuing tertiary education & basketball excellence both in New Zealand and the United States.
Zoe Richards (Eckerd College)
Currently sitting at 2-1 Eckerd College will have another tough battle on Sunday NZT. They will play Barry University in what is sure to be a great game.

Cal State Northridge have had a tough 0-2 start to the season but will be looking to gain their first win over New Orleans on Saturday NZT.

Shou Nisbett (Southeast Community College)
Currently sitting at 2-3 the Southeast Community college team will be looking to make it two wins in a row on Sunday trying to beat rival Southwestern Community college.

Sam Timmins (University of Washington)
Washington is currently in New York to play in the 2k Classic. In the first game of two the team play Providence today at 350 NZT.
In the second game depending on whether the team wins or losses they will play Virginia Tech or Saint Louis. This game will be live on ESPN in New Zealand so we will update the time once it is confirmed.

Brittany Richards (University of Alaska Fairbanks)
Brittany Richards and her Alaska Fairbanks team plays 2 games this coming weekend. Both are in the Seawolf Hoops Classic. First up the team plays Western State Colorado University on Saturday NZT time before backing up on Sunday NZT playing Holy Names University (California).
