While lots of Mainland Eagles Alumni are currently on break several have kicked back into it after Christmas. Below is how each Eagles Alumni’s team is going and where to catch some upcoming action in the next week. This page will be updated as the video and livestats become available for each player.

Brittany Richards – Alaska Fairbanks (4-6)

Alaska Fairbanks had another tough loss yesterday succumbing to Western Washington University 49-83. Before Christmas though the team had two good wins against Multnomah University. Brittany had her best game of the season in one of the Multnomah games scoring 5 points and grabbing 9 rebounds in 17 minutes. They team have a quick turn around playing tomorrow against Simon Fraser University.

Sam Timmins – University of Washington (11-3)

Washington good form has continued with the team now sitting at 11-3. They are on a 4 game winning streak and that continued against USC yesterday winning 88-81. Sam had a solid 10 points and 2 rebounds in the win. They now have a very tough challenge against UCLA tomorrow.

Harrison Meads – Pepperdine University (3-10)

Unfortunately Pepperdine have struggled as of late. They are on a 4 game losing streak of which they will be looking to break today against a tough San Diego team. Harrison has been playing well and in one of his best performances against Weber State just before christmas he scored 7 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in the tight 67-72 loss.

Sam Smith – Texas Wesleyan University (6-6)

Texas Wesleyan continue to battle without key players due to injury and ineligibility. They had another close loss yesterday losing 91-94 against Dillard University. Sam had another great game filling the stats scoring 7 points to go with 5 rebounds and 3 assists. They have a few days of before a busy start to the new year.

Zoe Richards – Eckerd College (10-2)

Eckerd College finished 10-2 before christmas and will be looking. Zoe had some great form before christmas in the last two games she scored 14 and 12 points finding some form. The team now have a tough stretch with 3 games this week. UPDATE – Zoe scores 26 points and 3 rebounds in a overtime win over Rollins College! She hit the game winner with 2 seconds to go

Hayden Collier – Laramie County Community College (8-8)

Hayden and the LCCC team had a rough finish before christmas losing 3 straight. Hayden who has been starting lately had 2 good games to finish 2017 though scoring 9 points and grabbing 2 rebounds against Southern Idaho and then scoring 6 points to go with 5 rebounds in 32 minutes against Snow College. The team will be looking to start 2018 well with two big games this week.

Hayden at Christmas

Mary Goulding – Fordham University

Mary is currently out injured with a hand injury however the Fordham team continued their good form after christmas. Currently sitting at 9-4 the team had two good wins over Hartford 69-44 and UC Davis 70-62. Now the team roll into conference play taking on George Washington, Massachusetts and St Louis all this week. The team will be hoping Mary is back to help them with these three tough games.

Tessa Morrison – Southern New Hampshire (9-4)

Southern New Hampshire are playing well currently sitting at 9-4 with a win over Bridgeport today. They get a break now until Thursday NZT then they play 3 games in 6 days.

 

Sam Lees – Whitworth University (9-1)

Whitworth moved to 9-1 on the season with a 79-71 win over Wisconsin- Stout University. They now play Calvin College today before playing Lewis and Clark College next Saturday.

Tessa Boagni– Cal State Northridge (6-7)

Before Christmas Tessa had a great performance scoring 21 points in 19 minutes against Northern Arizona. Now her Cal State Northridge team sitting at 6-7 get one more hit out before heading into conference play. They play Seattle University today which is an important match up to get ready for a bust January.

Jackson Stent – Casper College (11-4)

Jackson and his Casper College team have finished the break before christmas well and are still 10 days away from their first game. This will hopefully refresh the team and get them ready for a big push after the break. In their last game Jackson had 10 points and 5 rebounds in a win over Northeastern Junior College.

 

Shou Nisbett  – Southeast Community college (1-14)

Southeast Community College continue their struggles falling to 1-14 before the christmas break. In their last game a loss 71-89 against Southwestern Community College, Shou filled the stats scoring 12 points to go with 7 rebounds, 5 steals and 4 assists. Shou and his team will be looking to get going and find some success after the break. Next Sunday NZT they play North Platte Community College.

Joe Cook-Green – Eastern Arizona (6-6)

After a 21 day break Joe Cook-Green and Eastern Arizona play Just Hoops Prep before taking on South Mountain Community College. Joe will be looking to carve out more of a consistent role in the second part of the season.
